While this is non-yellowing resin, I do recommend storing it away from direct sunlight.
To avoid scratches, try to keep it separate from other jewelry
To restore the gloss wipe it down with a glasses cleaning cloth, or any other soft cloth.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Digital Items

Anything digital WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances as they can't be returned. So please make sure you read the descriptions.

I Have a Wig, Can I Send it to You to Style?

Unfortunately we do not work with materials we have not purchased ourselves. This ensures that the wig we use to style your order with is up to our shop's standards and looks as close to the listing images as possible.

Custom and personalized orders

Any item made requesting measurements is considered a custom order. These are nonrefundable. If it is something that can be worn on your head, it is considered nonrefundable due to hygienic reasons as well.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Each item takes a different amount of time to create. Be sure to check the processing time on your item. If you are ordering more than one item, the processing time will automatically be that of the more time consuming item in your order. If you need one item sooner than the rest we suggest ordering it separately or contacting us as soon as your order is placed.

On that same thread of thought, keep in mind that our estimated processing times are just that, an estimate. We ask that you please be patient with us as any custom orders are made by hand for you. If you have a wig you need by a certain date, PLEASE message us and let us know BEFORE. We do not rush orders

Can I Split My Payment?

For larger commissions we sometimes allow split payments if the item is worth $300. In the event of a split payment, 50% of the total cost is charged up front to begin the item, and 50% is due at the item's completion. You will have 30 days from the item's completion to pay the remaining amount. If an item is completed and 30 days of no communication pass, we reserve the right to resell/keep the item. Exceptions can be arranged if we are made aware of any issues with the remaining payment. However if an item is still unclaimed after 2 months from completion we reserve the right to sell/keep the item as we are not a storage or rental facility.

What If I miss the 3 Day Window to Return/Exchange?

PLEASE make sure you check the processing time you are estimated before purchasing as we do NOT offer cancellations after the 2 day window has closed. On customized items (such as wigs) we DO NOT accept returns for any reasons. The one exception to this can be shipping damages, please see "My Wig/Item Arrived Damaged or Late"

My Wig/Item Arrived Damaged or Late

This shop does not take responsibility for damages done by the post office, we do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping or lost packages, our involvement ends once we drop off the box.

If your wig is damaged when it arrives, please take a photo of the wig right out of the box (IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.) There are a few options we can work with. If it is an easy fix and we can send advice to help you fix it on your own.

OR

You can send the wig back. If the wig's appearance matches the photo you sent before sending it, we will make repairs for the price of shipping (we will make a custom listing).

This offer does not hold if you damage the wig after wearing it yourself. In those cases we will charge a restyling fee!

Ordering From Outside the US

Unless you select International Priority (6-10 days) or International Priority Express (3-5 days) we have no way of knowing how long your order will take to arrive.

There's also added risk as once your order LEAVES the United States, it is NO LONGER in our hands. If it goes missing overseas there's nothing we can do except wait for it to reach you, or come back to us. Again. Our customizable items (such as wigs) are non-refundable. If it goes missing in the mail there's nothing we can do.

**ITALIAN CUSTOMERS
Italy is notorious for damaging packages, therefore we will no longer ship to Italy. All orders to Italy will be immediately cancelled/refunded. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Will You Restyle My Wig?

If any damage is sustained to the wig during wear (NOT SHIPPING) we can restyle it for you, but we do charge a restyling fee, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping to and from us.

These fees vary from case to case and a custom listing will be made for each instance. Not all orders will qualify to be restyled so please do not hesitate to contact us

**Please include the wig head we sent with it as we will need it to send it back to you. If you do not include the wig head then we will not be supplying a new one.
